What foods/drinks have caused dumping for you?

I'm almost 3 weeks out & ready to go onto real food. I'm nervous about which foods to eat. What has caused dumping for you? Any specific foods or drinks? Some things I was thinking: cereal, juice, etc. Thanks all!

Many times sugar free things have caused me to dump, like jello. Things that are really loaded with sugar like ice cream, even frozen yogurt. I can have some sugar. Dry cereal is ok for me and fruit. Juice has never made me dump either
