  1. I found these drinks at GNC called Isopure. There are usually in the refrigerator section and in a glass bottle. They have all kinds of different favors. grape and alpine punch are my favorite. They are kind of expensive but if that's the way I have to get my Protein I will. I usually have skim milk with sf chocolate syrup in the am followed by 8oz of Protein Drink. For Breakfast I usually eat lot and fit Greek yogurt and a fruit cup. lunch is usually a meat protein with veggies and same with dinner
  2. I had my surgery on April 1st of this year. I usually eat 3 meals a day 95% of the time. I get 40g of Protein through my Isopure drink a day. I haven't ate sweets or any bad stuff. I'm starting to try foods again but get scared I'm going to get sick
  3. @destineex33 where did you have your surgery done at? At the moment I feel like I'm doing something wrong and the weight isn't coming off. Like I don't know if I'm not eating enough or eating the right things.
  4. I actually live in Beaver Falls which isn't that far from Ambridge
  5. Had surgery on April 1st 2013 and looking for buddy/mentor to help with questions and motivations.. Nicole
  6. I'm six weeks out of surgery and everyday I get this pain between my boobs. It seems to be a trigger that tells me I'm hungry. After I eat it goes away. Weird! Has anyone else experienced this? Nicole
  7. I'm 4weeks out from surgery and I would say that since the 2 week mark to present I'm having trouble sleeping. I am a stomach sleeper and not able to sleep on my stomach yet. I have a body pillow which isn't helping and a bunch of pillows on my bed. No Go . Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get a good nights sleep ?
  8. Thanks for the info.. I thought I was doing something wrong.
  9. I had surgery April 1st and tomorrow will be my 4th week. I lost weight the 1st and 2nd week (17 pounds so far) but the third week nothing. Is there something I am doing wrong? I know when I stepped on the scale and didn't see it move I wanted to cry.
  10. Thanks for that info on the SF jello. I'm def going to try that. I'm going tot the store tomorrow
  11. I'm been post op for about 2 1/2 weeks and having issues with Protein shakes and milk. I've tried the shakes and I can only get like 1/3 cup down. Kinda make me sick. I'm also suppose to drink 2 glasses of skim milk a day and don't like milk. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? I was sad when I got on the scale today and only lost 1 pound since Saturday. I think it's cause I'm not getting enough protein. Nicole
