9 days since surgery

Just found this forum on my new IPad. I had surgery 9 days ago. Still on my liquid diet and I see my Dr. Tomorrow. Kinda anxious to see how much weight I lost. Hope to meet great people here or support and encouragement.

Dr's appointment went good. Lost 12 pounds since surgery and I'm happy with that. Starting my phase two tomorrow with vitamins and ill bit of food.

My 2 week appt is April 15 a few days early but oh we'll, I'm scared to try new foods lol! I don't want an angry pouch!

Hello ladies. I am soooo glad i found this app. I am 9 days out from my surgery. I am getting board of the foods i can eat. Did u ladies really waited till day 15 to try new foods???
