Costco has a liquid brand called premier protein..i swear you dont even know your drinking a protein shake..they're delicious

So I put a pair of old shorts on today that i had put away from a few years ago...I buttoned them, let go and THEY FELL TO THE GROUND! Right around the ankles!! I've lost 40lbs since my April 25, 2013 rny! Never been happier! ~Valerie

I called my surgeon's office and they told me to go to my primary dr... I'm going at noon I'll let you know what he says...
