They occasionally have broccoli and cheese soup. Maybe salmon as it is a soft fish?

They do have fish selections and I would get them without the sauce incase they have sugar or a lot of fat in them. I know pretty early on I had the tortilla soup. Tell them no tortilla strips. It is mainly a little spicy chicken soup.

I ended up eating the cajun tilapia...very flakey. .. and a few bites of mashed potatoes. All went well! My husband will b happy to have my leftovers. I must have eaten only a quarter of a cup...

They have a really good tortilla soup that should be alright, It's kinda like chili.

I went yo Applebees at 2 weeks too. I ordered a "cup" of chili with no onions and extra cheese. This is packed in Protein and a good portion for you.

You can always ask the waiter to see the calorie menu too. It will show you protein servings
