  1. I am back! It has been a while since I visited. I am just over a year out. Down 209 lbs. How is everyone doing?
  2. My month-long stall has broken! only 15 more lbs till I've lost 200! I wanted to make that goal for my birthday, but 15lbs in 2 weeks isn't gonna happen. So by the end of January! I'll be 22, and down 200!

Have any issues telling men about your surgery?

I was single when I had my surgery, I started dating about 3 months post op, about 100 lbs down at the time. I didn't tell any of the guys I had gone out with during this time, until I met my current boyfriend. We were talking over coffee and I felt comfortable enough with him to just tell him about it. and we've been together for three months now. My point is, tell them if you are comfortable with them, and if you want the relationship to continue, otherwise they get all head up about 'oh my god you're losing so much weight so fast are you anorexic?! I never see you eat." Like my boyfriend's friend's have been doing until I told them. Lol.

    Horror stories?!?

I think that its great that ahe is aski g for horror stories. If you ignore the possible side effects how can you really say you are prepared for the surgery? I asked my surgeon about every detail that could go wrong. If you don't learn about the bad that couls happen I think that You are a fool and are doing this for all the wrong reasons.

I have a protein shakw when I wake up and I drink it throughout the morning. When I remember I eat somwthing amall for lunch. Like crackers turkey and cheese. For dinner I have a small portion of what my roommates make or whatever. I havw a glass of apple juice every morning. And a glass of milk in the evening. I don't work out like I should. I got promoted at work and have 45-50 hours of pretty strenuous labor a week.
