So I wanna know when I'm checking for calories an such what are the grams of sodium, sugar, carbohydrates, transfat, ect I should stay under .... Please help I'm a little confused and have been basically eating the same stuff every day ... I'm 7 weeks post op .

Am 6 weeks post op and I've been craving my all time favorite beverage ! ORANGE JUICE .. Tropicana to be exact ! Please tell me I'll eventually be able to have at least one glass

Hey I'm a month post op and I know its a little too soon to worry about this but I'm a little concerned ... I'm 22 years old and I am a 42 B now .. Just wondering if once I lose the majority of my weight am I gonna go down to an A cup ??

I've official been cleared to start eating solid foods which makes me really excited ..can u guys let me know of some recipes or prepped meals ..I'm really new to this eating healthy thing and extremely picky >_< help help help ... I need to know more or less some good things to buy at the grocery store

How long did you guys wait to start drinking wine after surgery ?

M having a party on the 25th an id be a little sad if I have to be the only sober one ...how long after surgery can I start having a drink?

So today it's really cloudy an supposed to rain . The top part of my belly feels like its tight in nots an is causing so much discomfort ..also my incisions feel very sore today ..is this normal ?

So before surgery every morning when I'd wake up my neck smelled like sweat due to my double chin not allowing my neck to breath ! Now for the past two weeks you can finally see my neck again an no smell of sweat!

I've always been addicted to beef patties ... Has anyone had problems with them ... I mean I'm not gonna back to eating them they way I used to but if I can they will be a treat from time to time
