I have trouble with chicken every time! Had baked thigh tonight and it came back up. Had chicken x 3 and it came up x 3. Guess its time to quit trying! Hope u have better luck.

I was worried. Maybe the gravy is what helps? I chopped it up small, poured 1/4 cup gravy on it ate it slowly and carefully. And no problems...

Chipotle salad with brown rice, chicken, black Beans and pico. You know I could only eat about 1/4 of it, so two more meals before the lettuce wilts!

I went to chipotle for the first time and had a bowl with chicken, black beans, rice, cheese and guac.....left almost all the rice, at around 1/2 total....it was awesome!!!

Just had my first taste of real food since surgery. An ounce of cream of potato soup...I don't know if I've ever tasted anything better! :-)

I made some tuna for lunch, then I forgot and swallowed a bigger amount than I should've. I won't do that again! That sucker HURT, and it lingered for a while! I ended up not eating it. After the pain eased up I waited a while longer and opted for a nice, safe yogurt.

Tonight I had baked tilapia w/a little tartar sauce. I ate small bites and chewed it well (lesson learned!). Tilapia ALWAYS sits well with me. And I love it! :-)

I've been having crazy cravings for sweets allllll day. My day started with Protein pancakes and I just had some frozen Greek yogurt with 1/4 of sugar free maple Syrup with a tbs of cocoa powder mixed in. So. Yum!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
