What ya eating tonight?

I use the flat out as well. The multi grain and the honey wheat are good for all kinds of different things.

I get about five to six hundred calories a day if I'm lucky including Protein Shakes. I try to eat more but I just can't hopefully that will turn around.

HW 363lbs SD 4/16/13 CW 308lbs

Dark chocolate has very little sugar, like 6 or 7 grams per serving. Also there's this chocolate called Unreal that has all natural ingredients and about half the sugar of regular chocolate like Hershey's.

I've been trying to find flat out bread but I can't find it anywhere. Although I'm trying to avoid the bread aisle maybe I'll have to sneak down there and check it out. The wraps and flat breads are typically kept in a different section at the market I go to.

At my store they are near the deli.

Vita pizza! I found it at publix but I had seen it advertised before in weight watchers magazine. Had to dip it in a bit of pizza sauce since it was pretty crispy. Wasn't bad though. I ate all of the inside- left the outer crust alone.

I bought a piece of smoked salmon w/Cajun spices. I should get 2-3 meals out of it, but only if it's good - if I don't like it it's getting tossed in the woods! I'm going to try it tomorrow.

What's the nutritional info on this. I made pizza tonight on a tortilla. It was yummy and I ate half of it. I'm stuffed.

Here is the nutrition info. Lots of fiber and Protein. Very little fat and with all the fiber the carbs aren't really bad.

I had two slices of thin roast beef lunch meat and a low fat cheese stick. I've given up on eggs for now! Tried again yesterday a boiled egg and threw up. Sad because I love eggs. Later tonight at work I will have a Greek yogurt.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
