I loved them before surgery and thank God I do after:) I eat it almost everyday....I find other meats heavy for my pouch' date=' so now my 2nd home is the fish market salmon, tilapia and shrimps :) I so love it ...you will too...after surgery your taste buds do change it took me a couple of times to try snow crabs and my pouch to agree (Bertha my pouch) is a bit picky lol[/quote']

I SO wish I liked sea food! Every time I see someone eating crabs or lobster it looks so delicious, but I just don't like the texture as many times as I try them! It's so sad because seafood is so good for you! Lol

I bake chicken, take two forks and shred the chicken. In a pot add the shredded chicken, can of Rotel tomatoes spicy or mild whichever you like and a can of mushroom Soup. Simmer for about a half hour and enjoy. I generally use 3 chicken breasts, one can rotel, one can mushroom soup. I freeze the mixture into meals for me, then I have lunch or dinner in a matter of minutes.

I swear if u see MFP, my diary is mostly snow crabs, salmon, or tilapia ...I agree on the textures shrimps I can do once in a while but I keep trying the texture is weird...and tilapia I like it to but I get full fast because it's a dense Protein but snow crabs is by far my favorite it takes time to eat, it has that crunch to it so I enjoy them...plus my pouch agrees...lord know my pouch has the last say so in everything lol

Ah! That's what snow crabs look like. No wonder everyone loves them so, we have something similar here in Australia, sand crabs, but the legs are minuscule, those crabs look awesome!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
