I think the lawyer had a long range plan for Anna and $$$. He used to manage her contracts for the $$ angles. I think he pushed Anna to marry the 90 year old guy cuz he stuck around through that then took her through the courts to get the 450 million, He came between her and the photographer that I think really loved her and the baby, and the photographer tried to get custody of the baby but Anna died before that could get to court. He is the only one that has cried about loosing her. The lawyer got Annas son out of the way for the inheritance, and He knows that if Anna was not on American soil, he could hide the baby. He also created this goofy "comittment" ceromony to have custody of the baby which he is conveniently on the birth certificate, and then I also believe that Anna had post partum depression and severe depression from the death of her son. I think the lawyer killed Anna somehow. The truth will all come out in the end even if it is the hereafter.

I know you probably are shocked that I could think such a terrible and wicked thing but I really do, It almost stands out like a scarlet letter to me. .:cry I hope that the DNA sorts this out and Im sure it will.

I don't like the sleeze ball lawyer, either, but he didn't "push" ANS to marry J Howard Marshall. She didn't even know Stern when her marriage took place.

I believe I read in coverage regarding the class action lawsuit filed against ANS and the makers of Trimspa that she admitted she did not take the product. I will see if I can find that info.

I've been having a ton of port pain, and as a result was up all night last night. Laying in bed trying to sleep despite the pain, my mind just kept wondering to Anna Nicole. I keep wondering why Howard K. Stern allowed her to have access to the drugs, when she was a known drug abuser. It doesn't make sense. Also, why did the nurse call Howard first, and not 911? Most people would instinctively call 911 when they find someone collapsed, and not the person's partner. It seems very suspicious that BOTH Daniel and Anna died from drugs (well I'm assuming it's drugs in her case since the coroner did not find any other acute natural cause such as embolism, heart attack or etc.)

I am not really a person who gets "star struck" or feel I know celebrities, but something about this death has touched me so much more than I ever thought it would. Certainly I have seen other celebrities die young, but none has really affected me this way. I actually feel a feeling of grief for Anna. Maybe it's because we're close in age.

I think the circus that has sprung up around her death is both sad and fascinating. I hope all of the lingering questions are answered in time and that her baby can have a stable life, hopefully away from Howard K. Stern.

Celebrities have easy access to all kinds and quantities of drugs, both legal and otherwise. Elvis Presley's physician was brought up on professional charges after the singer's death because he was found to have written hundreds of scripts for Presley in a very short period of time.

Even the President of the US, John Kennedy, had a doctor come to the White House regularly and administer injections of amphetamines to himself and Jackie.

Just like your average street junkie knows where to go to buy drugs, so do celebrities share that knowledge. And they have the money to score the best pharmaceutical grade dope.

The really sad thing is I think she truly loved Howard, if you watch the way she looked at him on the show. She was like a little girl with a huge crush. She depended on him for everything. ~Mandy

Ugh. I just saw one of those pictures of Anna, Daniel, and Dannielynne, and I thought oh my goodness, if someone had only known that at the time that picture was taken, in five months, Anna and Daniel would be dead and the baby would remain. It's just so bizarre to think about.
