Ok ill try that next. Cause i tried to gnc 100% whey chocolate one an it is so gross i cant even stomach it. Im seriously struggling with the protien im so desperate to find one that i can drink. Thanks :)

Also try the Nextar chocolate truffle. It was the only one I could get down for weeks.

I like the Go Lean Strawberry. I have been drinking the Atkins Caramel Cafe Shake too, it's yummm.. helps me get in my iced coffee cravings lol

My doctor said this one isnt good because it had too much sugar, and not enough Protein.

I keep this one down very well, I don't feel queezy after or anything. No grit or clumps that leave that taste on your tongue. And as long as you are taking in plenty of protein from other meals/ supplements my Dr said go for it. Getting it in as best you can, & if there's a little sugar that should get burned of with your work out.
