  1. I keep this one down very well, I don't feel queezy after or anything. No grit or clumps that leave that taste on your tongue. And as long as you are taking in plenty of protein from other meals/ supplements my Dr said go for it. Getting it in as best you can, & if there's a little sugar that should get burned of with your work out.
  2. I too am a southern girl who loves her sweet tea! I make my tea in a pot on the stove- old school lol, I put Splenda in the pitcher, not good at measuring, so somewhere btwn .5 & 1 in from bottom, then I pour the hot tea in & stir. Add some ice & cold water to top it off. I make it all the time & everyone loves it, they don't even notice it's Splenda
  3. I drink the strawberry ready made...Love it! Makes me think it's strawberry quick lol
  4. Ok! I'll look it up. Thank u!
  5. I am almost 6 yrs post op, I've kept almost all of my weight off...even after having our third baby. BUT lol the last 10 lbs post baby, & the holidays weren't good to me. I'm looking to see if anyone in my range has some good tips. I work out, & eat fairly as well as I have always. Has anyone "started over", done the liquid to solids diet over?
