Teka2011 - did you find out about that diet when you go see the dietician? I go to see him/her on Jan. 15... Kinda nervous about it haha!

Aayers- I got the paper at pre-op.

It's 3 shakes and all the rest Clear Liquids for two weeks... Who are you telling? Lol

I meant "who are you tellin" like I'm nervous too, but I don't care who I tell honestly, it's my decision and when the weight comes off ill see who's still around lol.

My family knows and some co workers, others too. I can't help myself!

Idk...I was just saying I am nervous about the nutritionist visit.

Back in September I felt like this is a personal thing that I wanted to keep private and not have anyone really know about... Then when I start seeing ppl and I'm skinnier they'll wonder what the heck happened... But recently I want ppl to know cause I'm excited about it and Idc what ppl think... Idk...
