Chinese Food

Has any one tried chinese food? I have been craving it now for a couple of weeks, but i'm not sure it's doable and if it is what to get. I'm sure the Sweet and Sour items are out. I'm 14 weeks out from my surgery. If any one has any ideas I would appreciate it.

I cannot eat Chinese food from the "hole in the wall " places anymore because the MSG bothers me. I only trust the non-traditional places like Panda Express and I always get sauce on the side. I'm vegetarian anyway so I'm a little safer than most.

I vomit every time I try it. I'm 5 months no more Chinese food for me.

I've been able to eat beef and broccoli, no rice. 3 oz worth of beef, a few pieces of broccoli. I haven't tried anything else though.
