Call From Surgeon-Everything Sent Today For Final Approval

Well, my surgeon's office called and said she has everything and everything was sent to insurance today for final approval. She also said it should take no more than a week, maybe 4 days. If approved, I could be having surgery by last part of October/ first of November.
