My surgery was 9/7/12 starting weight 240...current weight 219. I feel ok..i have been learning how much it hurts when i eat too fast or dont chew well enough. And finally this last week experienced some sort indication that i actually had surgery...milk.. Blah. Hello dumping syndrome.

That's 10 lbs.. You have to remember you still have a ton of meds in you body. Plus your system it's still in shock. Trust, it will start falling off. Steady always wins the race..

I walked two miles the other morning. I'm not getting enough fluid or protein in though. This is all so much harder than I ever imagined!

I agree.. i can drink 1 protein shake.. and maybe 64oz of water and that is it. add food to it and i get sick and have to lay down.. I want to start walking more as I so use to working out but I am scared that I am going to get out away from my house and pass out...does that sound crazy?

I have been cleaning house and started off walking 5 mins and adding 1 minute each day. I hate walking but have been told its like an addiction, soon my body will want that walk everyday.
