Which ones you drinking? I drink premier from costco aka I. The USA dams club 30 grams pre made tastes like chocolate milk not chalky at all I recommend d them if you like chocolate

I'm drinking Unjury chocolate, they taste good but I'm just sick of them.... SAMs club is close to me, so I will give it a try....I'm just am sick of them.... I know I need to suck it up and drink them....

It makes sense for him to leave me, and return to the kids. I mean, how bored would he be just sitting there watching me sleep, then walk the halls? So it's the right thing to do, I will have my phone, which I never go anywhere without! LOL and my bff's and I can text and hubby can call.

Thanks! I am calming down, allowing rational brain to take over LOL

and if you wake up in the middle of the night you can call me if you want or text me, just let me know if you want my number. We are here for you.

Hi all! So my bag is packed and I'm ready to go tomorrow. Have to be at hospital by 630 am for 900 surgery! Let's do this :)

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
