This is SWEET!!

FINALLY, after five months and four fills, I think I have reached my sweet spot! Woooo hooooo!!!! :clap2: I had the fill 2 days ago, but it just started kicking in today! During the morning hours, liquids barely gurgle down, but it's fine if I drink slowly (protein drink) and the rest of the day I have to eat slowly, chew like crazy, and eat a small amount. So THIS is what it's supposed to be like! So, those of you who are getting discouraged, hang in there. You'll get there, and it's great!!

Hitting your sweet spot it great. Don't be surprised when you lose a bit more that you will need another fill to sustain it. The fat around the stomach changes things. Good luck.

I can't wait. I am almost 3 weeks out and want to feel like I did something! I can't eat like I used to and stuff gets stuck but I can eat enough for the scale to be going up, instead of down ! Congrats, I can't wait to get where you are.

Surby, I am so ready to hit that sweet spot. 2 more weeks til my second fill. I need that fill!!! Happy for you though. Let us know how it goes.

Isn't it great?

For those just out...it takes time to get there. Don't be discouraged. Make sure you ask for another fill if you don't feel restricted enough.
