  1. I had a miscarriage last night. It was pretty upsetting. I just wanted to wish all of you pregnant ladies lots of luck and happiness. I'm going to stay away from this board for a little while. I'm sure you understand. Thanks for all of the support.
  2. Yeah, probably not. Maybe change it to a low profile? I don't know. Rignt now, I feel fine in yoga pants. I'll stay away from the jeans for a while. pizza Hut!!! Now that's just not right!! LOL!
  3. Yesterday, I started to notice a bit of cramping and instantly became worried due to the issues I've been having with this pregnancy. I called my husband at work and told him. He's the rational one, I'm the overly emotional one. He asked me where the pain was coming from. I told him it was the upper part of my stomach. (He reminded me that the day I had some problems, the pain was in my lower stomach. Thank God, he is so sensible or I'd have panicked for sure) Well, we realized that since my tummy has expanded a bit and I'm still wearing the same clothes, my port is being irritated. It's being pushed by my growing tummy and the waist band of my jeans. I put on a pair of elastic waist yoga pants and instantly started feeling some relief. I'm gonna wear yoga pants for a few days and see if I feel any better. Anyone else feel any discomfort from the port? My husband was thinking that the surgeon may have to either move it or put in a low profile port at some point if the situation gets worse.
  4. I would call your doctor. I haven't had anything like that in my last pregnancy and nothing like that yet.
  5. It's over now. Can we drop it and move on please? I don't believe it has anything to do with the original topic anyway, does it?
  6. I actually asked my surgeon about it because it was driving me nuts! He thought that I may have hurt my tailbone when I was heavier but didn't feel the pain because of the excess padding. (I had a HUGE butt!) Now, that most of the padding is gone, I'm feeling it!
  7. Yeah but they say a g-spot orgasm is much more intense!
  8. Looks fabulous! I wish my hair could have the beautiful natural wave instead of my funky frizz! LOL!
  9. Is anyone still having problems? Please report them to a moderator or Alex so we can take care of it.
  10. Well, you can sure keep working on losing weight, that's totally up to you. I was in desperate need of a fill before I got pregnant, so it actually works out that I may not end up needed an unfill. But that wasn't planned. BTW, I remember you from waaaaayyyy back in 2006. We banded the same month!
  11. Apparently, lapband wasn't the choice for you. It has worked for me and has been a lifesaver. It's not for everybody. You really have to be ready to make the necessary changes in your life to be successful with the band.
  12. There are some site out there that actually teach you how to find the g-spot. For some women it's more difficult to find than others. A friend on an another forum actually posted a step by step for finding and stimulating it. Everyone said it was great. Naturally, I can't find it now!
  13. That's funny Fairy because I'm back to 205 this morning.
  14. Congrats! I'm taking Select OB chewables. They taste kind of orangy, not bad.
  15. I got pregnant on the pill too. And if you're not taking the pill at the same time every day, you're increasing your odds of getting pregnant. Also, weight loss seems to make us more fertile. Good luck.
  16. My surgeon told me that I'm not hydrated enough. I was drinking 8 glasses a day but he said my body may need more and that our needs change. I bumped it up to 10 glasses for a while and felt better.
  17. This pregnancy has been morning sickness free for me as well. Thank goodness. Hope you're able to find some relief.
  18. I go about 4 or 5 times a night. I don't understand why either though. Weird, isn't it? All I'm sure of is the fact that I want to get as much sleep as I can now because once the baby's born...forget it. Those feedings every 2-3 hours in the beginning are brutal!
  19. I've been "fairly" good. I've been having some major sweets carvings though. And I've been drinking milk which I haven't done in ages. I just didn't feel like I was getting enough calcium so I drink a glass or so a day. Oh, and I'm not drinking all of my water. I'm already getting up several times a night to pee, I won't sleep at all if I drink 8 glasses a day!!!
  20. I've been at 205 since I found out I was pregnant. I fluctuate a pound or so here or there but I've been a steady 207 for two days now. I'm at 9 weeks. Is it too early for me to be gaining? I noticed I can't fit into some of my pants because of a little belly that I didn't have before. I lost 13 pounds during the first trimester of my first pregnancy because of some awful morning sickness so I'm not sure if this is okay or if I need to lay off the munchies. LOL! Gaining weight is kinda freaky after being banded for 2 years.
  21. Yup, it's my child for sure...takes after mommy! LOL!
  22. Fairy, congrats!!!! I'm my OB's first lapband patient too but she said she's had quite a few bypass patients and figures I should be much easier to handle. I guess we'll know if we need an unfill or not.
  23. My ob gave me a list of OTC meds I can take and although there isn't specifically a gas medication, you can take tums or pepcid. Maybe they'll help.
  24. Good News! Let us know how the ultrasound goes.

I was taking loestrin 24. Oh, but I got pregnant while taking it so I guess I'm not a good spokesperson for the product.
