How To Make Nutritional Info From Your Own Recipes

I didn't know if everyone knew this, but if you log on to myfitnesspal on your computer, you can put input a recipe and it will break it down to nutritional facts per serving (and you can make it your smaller serving sizes)!

ie: I put in my homemade tuna salad, crab cakes, and egg bites and it added them to my database. It's a big time saver instead of adding the ingredients one by one each time!

Just found this and thought it was cool so wanted to share :)
