Feeling great and loving my new life.

Let me go ahead and post the new pics from last night! Look above or back a page for pics from a month ago. Big difference a minth makes.

Looking really good.

Hey Kruzer...I'm just beginning my journey I though I'd check out this app. I'm really enjoying all the info and more importantly the successes.

Yeah, I just started last month. I actually have my 2nd dietician appt next time I'm home. I work out in Williston, ND in the oilfield, so I'm only home one week a month, so it kinda makes scheduling difficult.

Oh wow....I bet.

Yesterday I had my initial physical and measurements taken by the weight management nurse practitioner. Oddly enough she and I went to nursing school together. What a relief to know someone as you embark upon such a life changing journey.

Also last evening I attended my first support group...loved it!!!!!

Started on my own last week and dropped 5 pounds already. I'm excited to meet the new me under all this weight.

Jeff

I haven't found a support group up here yet, but what I've heard is that the group here at Essentia is good.
