Missing My Bubble Baths

I went to my 1st week postop Friday but forgot to ask my surgeon, when can we take a bath? I am so tired of showers and miss soaking in a tub. Anyone know?

I would wait until after the tape/glue dissolves from your incisions. I think mine took up to 4 weeks.

My surgeons office said after 2 weeks!

Believe it or not my surgeon said 6 weeks no swimming/baths.

Nothing with this surgery is standard lol.

That's the problem I have, the differences between surgeons, especially when it is something I want to do. I find myself thinking, how come they get to do that and I can't :~)? This just happened to be something that was not addressed in my handbook. I would also LOVE to swim.

I was told once the surgery tape falls off...and at my one week check up the ones that was left he pulled off. I only own continued to wash my belly with the antibacterial surgical scrub that they gave me to wash with the day before surgery. I also used the scrub on my face! Took all of my zits away!!! Lol. Wish I had some more
