Thanks and yes I do! I look at that Christmas picture and cant believe I ever let myself get that big! I always felt sick and tirwd and never wanted to do anything. Losing the weight has definitely changed my life!

I can't wait till I lose that much. Bout how many calories do you eat a day? I'm about a mth n I eat about 400 to 600calories. Is that to much?

My surgery was 4-22 and I average about 600-800 calories a day. I make sure to always get my Protein in even if I have to do 2 shakes a day and my Water is always over 100oz easily.

Wow! I can't drink that much. I try so hard :( n i'm getting about 30 to 40g , Protein n 20 to 30oz of fluids. I need to do better with that.

I drink out of my Blender Bottle which is 20oz. I easily drink 5 a day. Many times more. I dont work though so that makes it much easier. If I was working that would never happen.

Lol i'm not working either n still can't drink. I think I am n it seems like the bottle don't empty. Now on the other hand if I could drink while I eat id bee fine. Cause I use to drink 3 or 4 glasses while I ate.

Lol I need one of those hats that has a straw coming to ur mouth lol then I Would drink. Lol

The colder the better for me to drink and get my fluids in. Also smaller cups and bottles work for me I drink more. I love hugs lite and 8oz Water bottles. :)

Good idea. Because it always gets Hot before I drink it..

Thank u so much for your positive words. I have lost my mother yesterday to cancer and so your kind positive words are a change of pace. It's hard to continue being healthy when all I want to do is chow down on junk food. But I know my life will continue after this and I can't let myself down now.

so sorry for your loss, I lost my mom 21 years ago and as time goes on it does get easier to deal with the pain. I'll keep you in my prayers.

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
