Rode 10 minutes this morning for another 2.5 miles. Total now stands at 54.1 miles. I am still fighting this stall. It is getting frustrating but not stopping me.

I haven't checked in but I have kept busy! I went on a great hike yesterday. It was only 2 miles but it was 2 miles up a very steep mountain. It took forever to get up the mountain...coming down was a breeze! Prior days I did my usual biking and walking. My total milage is now at: 46.34

I'm back! After getting really sick and hospitalized with pneumonia, I was unable to exercise. However, I ran 5 miles this morning and I'm about to hit my elliptical for another 5 miles. That will put me at 30 miles. I know I'm behind, but I plan to catch up by the end of the week!

Ok...I already logged my ride this morning but today I walked a total of 2.85 miles and I just rode another 4.04 miles to make todays overall total including this morning to 9.39 miles and my overall total to 61 miles even. I pushed it pretty good today and I feel the burn in my legs but it feels great. I haven't felt that in years.

Today I worked my two jobs for the first time so it was a wash as far as getting any exercise other than all the crazed running around like a headless chicken! Too bad I didn't use the Map my ride app and track it. Back at it tomorrow!

Wow girl. Don't go crazy. That pneumonia is no joke. Glad you're back on your feet. There's plenty of time left. I'm going to hit the pavement at 530 in the morning for the first time since Friday. I cannot wait.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
