LOL...I have the opposite problem...that is the first place I lost weight and now it's just flapping skin...of course I am 51 years old, so I guess that should be expected

Google Katie Couric Bingo Wings. I saw she had a segment on it with a trainer. I haven't watched the segment yet but plan to :)

You can't target where you will lose fat. You can't spot reduce.. Running won't make you lose leg fat, situps won't make you lose belly fat, etc... Building muscle can help replace VOLUME where you have lost fat.. So if your arms are only a little fat and you lose the fat and replace it with muscle, you will not have loose skin because you have replaced the volume.. BUT if you have a lot of fat, you're not going to be able to build enough muscle to replace the volume and you will likely have excess skin. For some people with time their skin will bounce back.. but for others it won't happen.. Whether or not your skin bounces back is dependent upon several factors including age, genetics, how fat you were, and how long you were fat.

Personally my arms looked BETTER before I started losing weight. I just had plump arms before but they looked like normal arms.. Now I've got crazy, saggy, flappy bingo wings. There is NO WAY that my skin will EVER return to normal on its own so I'm already saving up for plastics!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
