I'm scheduled for August 1st!!! I'm so ready. Today was day 4 of my all liquid diet.

I have a ? If anyone can answer.. My liquid diet allows one fruit and either a fatfree no sugar added yogurt or ff sugar free pudding...couldn't find sugar free yogurt..bought fat free chobani plain yogurt..doesn't list sugar in ingredient but has like 7 grams of sugar..

I wouldn't worry about that 7 gms of sugar. It's from the lactase, or milk sugar, not added sugar so it should be ok, especially if you're just doing one of those a day.

I have been on a liquid diet for a week now and will continue this week until my surgery.

I got my final email today so the date of Aug 29th is set in stone. I have an appointment on Aug 19th I have an Anesthesia Appointment, Updated History and Physical, and Consent & Nutrition Teaching. I am really excited that it is really going to happen. I plan to start Aug 1st with eating the things for pre-op so it wont seem so hard for me. I would really like to get my number down alot it will help when it's time to do the real work. Once again I am so happy I can scream I will keep reposting this until in really sinks in. lol

Day 2 of just liquids. Planning on doing it for 2 weeks before surgery on the 15th.

August 27th and I'm from Boston. Last week I gave up soda. This week is caffeine. I figure I should go through those two before the two week liquid diet so that I'm semi-sane during that period. I'm a rip roaring beeeatch today, which is day 2 of just 1/2 caffeine.
