August 26th. Pre-op starts 8/19/13

Hi everyone. I'm about 10days out and doing pretty well. I'm walking over a mile and a half everyday, plus shopping and very little yard and house work. Still get tired out and having some discomfort from the surgery. After 3 weeks of liquids I'm ready for that puréed food next week. Hope those of you who had surgery this week that it went well. Here we go on a new adventure.

For those starting preop.. Good luck it will be worth it. I have gotten hooked on Muscel Milk. It is high in Protein and after 3weeks, I still like it the best. I splurge and buy the premade (at COSTCO)
