June sleevers, what are you eating?

Can you post your surgery date and the things you are eating? I know some of you are on full liquids for some time, but I'm wondering about the purees and soft stagers?

I found the recipe on Pinterest. It's really easy and right now since I can't eat any crackers or anything like that yet' date=' I eat a few spoonfuls of it. I can't wait until I can have some whole grain crackers or even melba toast to eat with it! It is SO good! Here is the link to the recipe for it:

This dip is also good with shrimp ground up or even crawfish.

i am 3 weeks post-op exactly. i can have sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles of course. i can have cream of wheat, yogurt, carnation instant breakfast, cream soups and sugar free pudding. i am not supposed to add anything else until july 11, but i have been eating cheddar cheese for a few days now and tomorrow i am going to try scrambled eggs. i am also supposed to drink 2 protein shakes a day, but i can only get 1 down. i HATE those darn shakes!

What kind of shakes r u using?

i just use the ones available at walmart

You probably heard other ppl talk about it, but the premier shakes are the best

Week 3 and 2 days:

Cottage cheese

Baby bell cheese

Cheese sticks

Deli turkey/ham

Tuna salad -no bread

Moist chicken

Baked Beans

Greek yogurt

Protein shakes

Really, chicken and deli meats ? Do you purée them?

my husband made chili the other night and put it in the blender for me. i melted a little cheese over it sooooo good! sleeved june 27th

I never had a puree stage - started soft foods (moist meats and anything mashable by fork, no veggies and fruit with skins) on Monday. I was sleeved June 18. The holiday was a joy of grilled food!

Nope, it is on my approved list because they have high Water content (the deli meats). I mixed grilled chicken with avocado purée to moisten it up.

Im eating too much I fear.... Im on full liquids but the Doc said I could have peanut butter and bananna ... thats already turned into mash potatos and eggs. I cant control myself... i feel like a cancer patient smoking through the hole in my throat

Hi guys...with these foods that everyone's eating, who's been able to reach the protein goal of 60-80grams? How many calories are you getting in?

Not required to have any proteins until 3 weeks post op per surgeon. smashed beans, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, amd mashed potatoes are some things on my week 3 diet.
