  3. Girl, you've got to pull yourself together. You have done an amazing job over the course of this past year. YOU have done that, no one else did that for you. YOU made the choice. We all have **** going on in our lives, but you have to decide for yourself that you are worth it, and you are worth it! Go back to basics. Get in your exercise. Don't let your family sabotage your efforts - YOU ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT!

  9. Nope, it is on my approved list because they have high Water content (the deli meats). I mixed grilled chicken with avocado purée to moisten it up.
  10. I used puréed salsa! No sugar there!
  11. Week 3 and 2 days: Cottage cheese Baby bell cheese Cheese sticks Deli turkey/ham Tuna salad -no bread Moist chicken Baked beans Greek yogurt Protein shakes
  12. Cottage cheese mixed in a blender with some lemon juice is a great substitute for sour cream! I got this from my mom who did Weight Watchers in the 60's. I have used it numerous times as base for dips!
  13. LOl! I have had to dig around in the back of my undie drawer to find smaller ones myself!
  14. I am still battling a bad rash around each of my incisions. I have a sensitivity to adhesive....when they took my staples out, unknowingly to me, they used some adhesive product to help the steri-strips stick.....the rash started that night....had to take the steri-strips off and wash that stuff off. Unfortunately, the rash got worse before it has gotten better...even blistered around two of my incisions. Now, post op 2.5 weeks, it is getting better with hydrocortisone cream, but still very itchy!
  15. Dannon light and fit....different than just the Dannon Greek.
  16. June 12 gal here! Feeling great, ready for these staples to go though! Got in lots of liquids today...36 oz water, 12 oz shake, 6oz soup (split into lunch and dinner) and 5 oz yogurt cup. Energy level is also improved today!
