Stalls are to be expected. She wants me to get in at least 1200 calories to loose weight..the way I feel I don't ways FEEL like eating. My work outs are fine. I mix the up weekly. I guess I will just have to wait this one out. I mean this weight didn't come over night so I don't expect it to disappear overnight...OH HOW I WISH!! Thanks for the advice...it was very helpful!

HELLO EVERYONE!! It's been a while since I've been on here but I'm back!! I have been in a stall for MONTHS and I can't seem to break it. Any ideas or advice how to kick start this weight loss again..I still have 60 lbs to go! Thanks in advance!

VPAPNYC- I was thinking the SAME thing....HOW IS SHE EATING ALL OF THAT FOOD! I could BARELY take a couple of spoon fulls of anything and she's eating WONTONS>>>WTF?? This surgery is not for the faint of heart! And like Birthsjourney said YOU have to be willing to put the work in for success. Her husband enabled her by cooking tht mess for her!! My husand ask me CAN YOU HAVE THAT?? (thanks babe for caring enough to ask)!!

I was SO BEYOND done with this one!! I watch it every week but I was FURIOUS watching her cry wolf for make excuses as to why she couldn't do anything. It's RIDICULOUS!!

I'm 3 months post op and Mother Nature has been VERY cruel! My cycle is playing mind games!! So I'm just wondering how long did it take you to NORMAL out or become regular?? HELP!

That sounds like my plate. I ate a small pinch of shaved turkey, 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sweet potato and 1/4 teaspoon of mac n cheese. You would have thought I ate 3 full plates. I wasn't hungry until the NEXT day...LOVE MY SLEEVE!!

I was sleeved on 9/4...but I'll help as much as I can.

I've never heard of those....are they fertility pills? Clomid made me VOMIT...the medicine was just too much for my stomach.

Is anyone in Frederick County, MD? I'm looking for someone to work out/walk with (other than the hubby)...any support groups?

Hello ladies! I was just wondering if anyone took clomid after VSG and how did you take it (crushed, liquid, whole)?? And was it successful after surgery?

NIIIIICE!! I've been finding pics and I still have the same clothes so I've been doing comparison's (before and afters)...WOW! What a difference! GOOD LUCK and CONGRATS to you!!

I had a gyro (or 2) a week before surgery and I survived! You'll be ok but yeah...don't do that again. GOOD LUCK!
