NEED HELP!

HELLO EVERYONE!! It's been a while since I've been on here but I'm back!! I have been in a stall for MONTHS and I can't seem to break it. Any ideas or advice how to kick start this weight loss again..I still have 60 lbs to go! Thanks in advance!

did you talk to you Nut? Sometime you really have to tweak your diet or maybe you need some intense work outs. Doing the same thing every day is just not productive try to do some HIIT work outs twice a week. Really get back to basics on your diet. High Protein low carbs. Water, water, water. Good luck stalls suck!

Stalls are to be expected. She wants me to get in at least 1200 calories to loose weight..the way I feel I don't ways FEEL like eating. My work outs are fine. I mix the up weekly. I guess I will just have to wait this one out. I mean this weight didn't come over night so I don't expect it to disappear overnight...OH HOW I WISH!! Thanks for the advice...it was very helpful!

I haven't had to fight a major stall yet as I am just getting starting. I did see someone post not long ago that when they stall, they revert back to their full liquid diet for a little to get the scales moving again. I thought that sounded like a good idea so I tucked that little nugget in my pocket for a rainy when I start battling stalls! Not sure if you think that might be worth a try!
