June sleevers, what are you eating?

Can you post your surgery date and the things you are eating? I know some of you are on full liquids for some time, but I'm wondering about the purees and soft stagers?

I was sleeved on June 7 and eat anything at this point. With that said I haven't eaten any bread, pasta or rice. I try to stay away from the bad carbs. It doesn't take much to fill me up on occasion I hit a lucky day and can eat a little more. I don't have any trouble getting my liquids in IF I remember to do it!!! My hair is doing okay but I think a little more is coming out.....I hope it doesn't escalate to much and ends quickly! The belching is ridiculous! I am still taking 2 acid reducers a day. Definitely need to colace or miralax to keep things going. I just ordered probiotics to see if makes a difference. I need to come up with some more lunch ideas. I still drink a protein shake twice a day because I just don't get enough protein. I need to start eating little bits of protein through the day to give up one of the shakes. I go to the gym at least 2-3 times a week. I have had absolutely no complications and feel very blessed for that. I hope you all are doing well! :)

Found out what was causing the sudden burst of belching and also recently hard to get protien and fluids ...I posted this in the begining of the month...it was my CPAP setting...due to weight loss the pressure needed to be lowered.......lol....I still need it because I'm tired without it and still sound like train but a smaller train...my new tummy was getting to much air...lol
