How 154 pounds looks on 6 women

Love this...all of these women weigh the same weight...even though we KNOW this intuitively, it is a nice reminder that we shouldn't be a slave to the actual number that the scale says because it means very little.

Amen! We give Mr. Scale too much power!

Thank you for posting this!

That's crazy!

Thank you so much for sharing this. It is a good reminder.

I wonder what each of their hieghts are.

I think they omitted height on purpose...it is all about finding a weight that looks and feels good for YOU. :-)

Thanks for sharing :)

This is great, and they all look different, but all beautiful nevertheless!

I sometimes get amazed at the lower weights people "start" and "end" with in their signatures - I take a step back and have to remember that I'm relatively tall (5'9") and that my weights are okay for who I am :). While I do have a "goal" in mind, I've also never been close to it as an adult (goal is 169, lowest adult weight was 216) - so I have no idea how I'll look/feel when I get closer! Who knows, I may love 180! We shall see!

Vertically challenged... That's me. 5'2" start weight 272

Now (almost 3 months) 218

We give society and other people's opinions too much power.

I'm a 5'9 pear shaped woman. I'm shooting for about 155-165 myself. I want to be curvy and healthy.

Awesome post ! I am 5'2.5 and 150 now and I don't look bad now at all but I am shooting to lose about 20-25 more :)
