My surgeon only said she cut out 70-80% of my stomach and that was pretty much it. If I really wanted to I can eat 6 oz but that makes me stuffed but 2-3 oz of meat is all I can do if I'm only eating meat -

Great job! I'm 5'2" as well and started out at 260. Now I'm 209 at a month and 2 weeks. Glad to see someone my hight and close starting weight. -

I have had my 3 week stall. -
Yesterday I drank over 64 ounces of water and gained 3 pounds. I'm not quite sure what else I can do. Today I'm going to continue drinking and also try and keep my sodium low but idk what else I can do.

I see a lot of people need it out after surgery or are on meds for it. I'm 9 days post op and wasn't given any meds. There was a lady who also had surgery same day different surgeon who was put on meds for 6 months. Maybe because I'm 21? -
Chinese food. Giant plate rice, Singapore noodles, sweet and sour chicken and dumplings. Oh and pot stickers. Also there are ways to make lasagna healthy. Use zucchini or squash.

I'm day 5 and I have head hunger when ever my family eats but not physically hungry. -
Today I started having more resistance drinking. It hurts to drink as much as I did yesterday so it's going to be hard getting my fluid and protein in. Boy does it hurt to burp lol.

I was discharged yesterday and doing great. I don't have gas pain but I do have gas. The first night was rough because I was in pain then the next day I had some nausea.

I'm doing great. My first night was rough but after that I was doing good. Was released from hospital yesterday and now just trying to get my protein and fluids in and walking.

Going to be getting up around 3:30 or 4 because I have to wash with that soap and be there by 5:30am. Not scared or nervous at all right now just excited and anxious. Wish me luck!

Mine will bea 2 night stay possible 3 night if I can't get liquids in. So I'm going to pack Robe Pjs Slipper socks Chap stick Brush sleep mask My ipad Chargers Tooth brush Undies And a mirror so I can put my piercings back in Maybe a book.
