I believe at a year out you should be able to have 1 cup of food. At almost two months I "should" be having 1/4 cup - 1/2 cup. But it's more like 1/8 sometimes.

I thought that a cup is normal?

I'm 5 1/2 weeks out and I usually eat about a cup.

My sleeve is 5 oz in size

how do you know the size?

My surgeon told me to stick to 4oz at a time, because if I eat more that I may stretch my sleeve. He was the one who made the thing, I trust him. I'm 10 weeks out. I have found that I really CAN'T eat more than 4 oz at a time, Usually 2 oz of protein, 2 oz of veg.

My surgeon only said she cut out 70-80% of my stomach and that was pretty much it. If I really wanted to I can eat 6 oz but that makes me stuffed but 2-3 oz of meat is all I can do if I'm only eating meat

My sleeve is 5 oz in size

how do you know the size?

I asked my surgeon and he told me.
