    Hate my protein shakes

    Oooh! Have you tried the Syntrax Nectar shakes? No carbs and 23 gms protein per serving. Seriously, thank god I found these, because I hated all the other vanilla/chocolate/strawberry "milky" type shakes. These are more fruit juice. I love the grape and lemon tea (yes! Iced tea protein shakes!)
  2. My surgeon told me to stick to 4oz at a time, because if I eat more that I may stretch my sleeve. He was the one who made the thing, I trust him. I'm 10 weeks out. I have found that I really CAN'T eat more than 4 oz at a time, Usually 2 oz of protein, 2 oz of veg.

    Weight lifting and weight stall...

    Muscle burns more fat, keep lifting. Lifting will help you keep your muscle mass and lose fat. You may see the scale increase, because muscle weighs more than fat, so as you build, the scale may not move as quickly as you would like.
