I was taking half B12 sublingual 2500mg every other day & broke out with a very itchy rash so pissed when my nut. told me it was OK 2 take any one have the same problem how long do it take 2 clear up

Where is the rash? Are you sure it's from the B12? I take that much b12 everyday and haven't had any rashes...

Sorry you're experiencing it, tho. Try some hydrocortisone to help clear it up! :)

My NUT told me that I should take 1000mcg weekly, and my Dr. agreed. Could it be that you maybe misinterpreting their info?

I don't think it's from the B12 unless you are very sensitive. I'm allergic to practically everything. I take B-12 2500mcg daily.

My nut. Told me its the B12 I get my blood work done 2mar 2make sure & that's how she told me 2 take it

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
