I was sleeved on April 15 I'm down 31 pounds. I'm feeling better every day. I'm in my second week of working out five days a week for a half hour. Only issue I have is I feel like I eat quickly. I have lots of restriction and know when I'm full, but if only takes me a couple mins, not the half hour some people take. I'm very happy I did this, I'm already off my metformine too.

I was sleeved 4/1/13 down 43lbs. Had a four week stall and got dizzy every time I stood up for 3 weeks. I just went back to just getting in wonton Soup with beef shreds instead of wontons.

I was sleeved on April 22, and so far 20 lbs since surgery. I have been having some bowel issues the last three nights so I am back to Water, applesauce and baby food. Hopefully tonight will be better. I need to find a routine. I definitely know I made the right decision for me.

I was sleeved 4/22 and only lost 15 lbs. Have been stalled for almost 2 weeks. Curious to know what was everyone's starting weight? I had my lap band removed and was sleeved the same day. I'm starting to think my doc just removed the band :(

Sleeved 4/23/13 with a starting weight of 273. I'm down 23 pounds and currently in a stall. I still get dizzy if I stand too quickly, but feel pretty good most of the time!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
