  1. I had a band to sleeve revision on 4/22 @ 245 lbs. 5 months later, I'm 218...only 27 lbs. I saw my surgeon yesterday and HE was pleased!
  2. I haven't tried the plateau buster diet yet but I need to find it
  3. I average 800-900 calories, 100 oz fluid, 80 gm protein and 30-60 mins/4 days of exercise. Vit D is the only lab that was off...
  4. I had the band to sleeve revision and wish my doctor had advised me otherwise! I had surgery 4/22 and have only lost 20 pounds. To me, this is beyond being a slow loser. I'm so disappointed with MY sleeve and wish I had bypass...oh well, life goes on.
  5. I'm still at it. I have had several people comment on my weight loss. I can definitely tell a difference in my scrubs so...I'm losing something! Lol

  8. Looks like I'm the slowest loser! Surgery 4/22 sw: 245 cw: 224! Have been stalled for 6 weeks and busting butt following all the rules...
  9. For exercise, I walk at least 2 miles 5 days/week. 3 times a week I add hip hop abs, rocking body or WII games and this week I've started weight training x 2 days...
  10. Thanks for all the encouraging words, I'm working on a plan...lol. For the record, I have lost 20 lbs in 4 weeks (no surgery/diet&exercise)
  11. I lost 15 lbs in the first 2 weeks and then stalled, its very depressing. My nut suggested increasing my calories due to my workouts. I think I'm gonna do only shakes for a few days for a jump start!
  12. I avg 60-80 gm of protein
  13. 9 weeks postop and only 20 lbs down! I get in 1000 calories, avg 30 gms of carbs, more thsn 64 oz of water and exercise 45-90 mins/day 4-5 days a week! I think my body has compensated for the changes and this is it....
  14. Sleeved 4/22. Down 18 lbs...stalled since week 2 :'(
  15. I was a band to sleeve revision on 4/22. I have only lost 15 lbs including the 5 preop. Starting weight 245 size 18w....on pain meds for approx 1 week. I've been stalled for 2 weeks which is depressing and sending me into bad habits. I know a lot of people stall but Lawd have mercy, I "ain't got time for that"! I starting to think my Dr removed the band and forgot the sleeve...
  16. I was sleeved 4/22 and only lost 15 lbs. Have been stalled for almost 2 weeks. Curious to know what was everyone's starting weight? I had my lap band removed and was sleeved the same day. I'm starting to think my doc just removed the band

  18. My doctor prescribed plavix for a month, it prevents blood clots. While I was hospitalized, I received lovenox preop and then every 12 hrs for the same. Its important to do foot pumps/ move your legs around and not cross your legs/ankles to help prevent clots as well.
