My own version of buffalo chicken dip

5oz shredded organic chicken breast ( I boiled chicken breast)

3 tablespoons low fat unflavored Greek yogurt 1/4 cup cheddar cheese

Franks red hot add as much or as little you want I personally like a lot

Made this for tomorrow I'm sure I could get 3 or 4 meals out of it... It's so good lol

Gonna have to drink some extra Water though to make up for all the sodium in the hot sauce

It's so good lol I wasn't really sure if I was going to like it because of the bitterness of the plain Greek yogurt but when I tasted the finished product I was like Omg lol

I have also seen that some people put laughing cow cheese wedges in there's and it makes it Extra creamy I might try that next time
