Down 6lbs on the Preop diet...this is day 7 for me. just a few more days!

Yes 3 more days and im in nesting mode! I just finished scrubbing my house to to bottom then warned my family that it better stay this way lol! My surgery is in New Iberia, la about two hrs away from where I live in new orleans. Going today to finish stocking up on postop groceries! Wish me luck

I never realized how much I just ate for "hobby" before this Preop diet! Can't sit still now!

Eating while cooking that's what shocked me how many time i taste things while preparing them. OMG thats a lot of calories I never took into consideration.

Is anyone else feeling just a bit freaked out?

Hey Bostonhok are you having your surgery through MGH? I grew up in east Boston just wanted to say hi and good luck with the surgery.

Oh yes, I am nervous too. I am trying to think only good things. I will be cleaning my house tomarrow and then doing bowl prep and preparing Monday. I know my house will not stay clean but I know I have to take it easy when I get home. I am having a little food funeral today lol
