We're really close...my starting weight was 214...now 149. Size 8 now too.

I had Dr. Neale....great experience and the girls in the office are great!

It can be done! I've been hypothyroid since 2006. I was sleeved in March and including the pre-op diet, I'm down 60 pounds. have faith...there's lots of us out there!

Stalled for two weeks now. I do the treadmill 5 days a week....getting about 900 calories a day. Highest weight was 214. Surgery day 3/19 was 200. Now at 166.5 for two weeks. I know the overall numbers are good...but.......

Before after...March 19...200 today 170. I have a ways to go but feel good!

Day of surgery...200. Started at 214. Today, 170. more to go...but happy!

Update. Started the journey at 214.... Today weighed 178! Down a size, probably two because all my clothes were too tight before surgery. So glad I did this!

I was sleeved on the 19th. I can't get over how fantastic I feel. I started this journey at 214. Surgery day I was 200. I last weighed on Wed morning and am at 192.5. Before surgery, I had a pretty screaming case of plantar fasciitis. It hurt to get up in the morning. That pain is gone! Surgeon says I'm doing well....I guess he broke his record and got me done in 45 mins. I feel so blessed that I was approved to do this! In addition, I was offered a fantastic opportunity in Tucson AZ where we can live near family....I can't wait to see what my new slim desert life is going to be! God bless everyone!

Do what you need to do for yourself. I too have experienced this with my sister who is in rehab as we speak for alcohol and drugs. Don't feel selfish....

I never realized how much I just ate for "hobby" before this Preop diet! Can't sit still now!

Down 6lbs on the Preop diet...this is day 7 for me. just a few more days!

Day four of Preop diet. Screaming headache, still.... And still a nasty taste in my mouth! Yecccch! 6 more days of this for me. Hope everyone is doing well! Good news is, 4 lbs down!
