  5. Hi tannak... I went to my nut cause I was so confused w the peoper work they gave me and what I could eat. Basically she said get your 70-90 g of protien and your 64oz of water and to keep my carbs below 50g. She said the cals will fall into place and 600-900 is normal. She said to change your foods up and change your exercises up to keep your body guessing. She also suggested I try and eat more for a couple days and then go back to what I was going to try and shake the stall up. I was also drinking mostly diet ocean spray juice. It has less then 2 sugars and 0 for everything else. She told me to stay clear of that and to drink water based drinks like crystal lite and tea ... ect. She also said power aide 0 was good too.
  6. That was to lose 2lbs a week. I'm just confused on what to keep my cals at. I'm gonna see the nut on tuesday and find out.

  8. thats awesome info, I had a 4 week and then my next is 3 month apt. I think i am going to try the pre-op shake diet. Thank you for the info, i have been so confused with how many cals i should be getting in at this stage.
  9. Hey Sherrie, I went through my huge binder of stuff from NUT class and I saw how to calculate my total Cal intake once we are on normal foods (if you can ever call this normal again lol) it actually worked out to exactly what MFP said my daily intake should be. Female = (10x your current wright in KG) + (6.25 x your height in CM) - (5 x your age) - 161 x your activity factor. You activity factor is as follows : 1.2 = sedentary (little or no exercise) 1.373 = lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days a week ) 1.55 = moderately active (sports 3-5 days a week) 1.725 = very active ( hard exercise/ sports 6-7 days a week) 1.9 = extra active (very hard exercise/sports and physical job) For Men its (10x your current wright in KG) + (6.25 x your height in CM) - (5 x your age) + 5 x your activity factor. I figured i have been eating too little and I am hoping that upping my cal intake a little will help break it. For everyone who keep losing, what cal intake were you at?
  10. I put your name when it should ahve been mine... sorry blonde moment.

  13. Do you have myfitnesspal? It really helps me keep on track with my eating. I am eating about 5-6 times a day now so that I can pump up my cal intake. I agree that we are in starvation mode. But like the post before somethings gotta give .... sooner or later
  14. thats what i did... ill let you know how it works out. the stall is killing me lol
  15. That’s pretty ignorant of you to judge other people like that. I like ALMOST EVERYONE else on this site has had the cycles and with every cycle you go up just 10 or 20 lbs. Many have medical conditions, many were athletes and know more about working our and their bodies then you do, many have suffered illnesses and injuries, many have chosen to do this so that they don’t have to be 50 and several "cycles" heavier. Don’t preach hard work and exercise to these people. Our Drs have gotten everyone’s backgrounds and made the decision that this surgery was necessary. I did not get the easy memo if/when they were handing them out. But I gotta be honest, it has been EVERYTHING but easy! Shame on you for judging anybody but yourself and your own situation.
  16. Tomorow is 6 weeks for me and I have been in the stall for 3 weeks. I'm so grateful to hear I am not alone. Today I actually felt hungry and gave in. I ate about 1000 cals which doesn't seem like a lot but I normally don't feel like eating. Its been like a chore (I never would have believed it) What is everyones cal in take. I really am not sure where I'm supposed to be at.
  17. I found a forum that has a TONNNNN of different ways to make protien shakes... i saved them all into a 40 page word document.... i just cant figure out how to attach it to the post (please dont judge, I am a GVT employee) lol . If you want it PM me... or if you know let me know how to post it.
  18. Where is everyone from? SlimJim how did you get that little tiker tracker? i want one! lol
  19. You guys are doing AWESOME! I added steak and was able to get up to almost 800 cals. I never thought i would ever say this butni really don't like to eat anymore lol.
  20. My stall has officially lasted 3 weeks so far. Is anyone else in the same boat? I'm sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is normal
  21. My SW Was 236. Surgery day was 228... current weight 214.5... the scale hasn't moved I almost 3 weeks. I can only get between 350-500 cals a day. Somethings gotta give soon :/ BUT I'm happy w my loss
