Before and After Pics

  • Popular Post

I love seeing the progress people have made after surgery. So for those comfortable enough to share them I'd love to see your before and after (and even progress) pics. I haven't had surgery yet (and wont for at least another 3mths) so I don't have any to post but I still like seeing what I have to look forward to. The pic below is me at my highest of 316lbs 2hrs after my son was born.

Hi all just want to boast LOL about my progress I'm finally feeling great I've gone down 44kg so far my goal was 40 KGS but now I have reset my goal to get to 50.

The large photo was when I had lost just over 10 kg on the pre-op diet. And of course this other photo was taken yesterday

10 months post-op update! 95 pounds down, 3 lbs to go to get to original goal, 8 pounds to get to new goal. I know it's not a great pic, but I seriously need to invest in a full length mirror (now that I don't hate looking at myself--ha!). Oh, and excuse my mess!!!

fantastic!! You look great

Thanks Erp, how is your journey going?

I hit goal in March and at some point would like to lose another 5-8 lbs to reach my stretch goal and create a bounce range. Here's a photo from two weeks ago. CW: 140
