  11. Wow. Thank you so much for the outpouring of responses. This is truly amazing. It makes me sad to hear that so many are plagued by the same demon. It really upsets me because I'm trying so hard to lose weight get in shape and feel healthier. I've also upped my workouts to daily to tone up and lean out. But I hope counseling can help me love my body.

  17. I'm going to seek the assistance of therapy. It's just kind of scary how off my perspective is. I get really down on myself.

  21. Im 16 months out and I have some serious concerns about my body image. I'm noticing that the image I see in the mirror does not match what I see in pictures. I still see a fat flabby woman when I look in the mirror. When I take a picture I see someone more lean and fit. It seems to be getting worse and I'm getting scared.

  24. Just some motivation for those that don't think they can achieve success. Im here to say yes you can! 15 months and counting. I've been able to maintain as well.
  25. Thank you all. I'm 5'3" and I was an 8 at approximately 160 pounds. I got my outfits at h&m, ann Taylor loft and a resale shop called uptown cheapskate.
  26. Thank you all and yes I bought all 3!!!! Hahaha
  27. While shopping for an event yesterday I asked the saleswomen for assistance in finding some items. Without hesitation one brought me some items. Before I could tell her my size she had already brought me a size 6 which fit perfectly. It was so exciting to have someone see me as a smaller size. My final selections.
  28. 14 Months out. Over 90lbs. 5'3" large framed. 144 lbs. couldn't be happier.
  29. Thank you all! I'm very thankful for my tool and the fact that I don't have a ton if excess skin. Just wish I could make my tummy and thigh flab magically disappear. Lmao. Oh well perhaps I'll hit the lotto and be able to afford plastics.
  30. Hello All! I hope this post finds everyone doing well. Just a brief note to help those in their journey. I'm 5'3.75" I've always been a thicker girl and packed on the pounds a few years ago due to some antidepressants I was on. I had the sleeve and have done my best to follow all the rules and use the tool as an opportunity for an overall lifestyle change. I've lost approximately 90 pounds. But I still felt "FAT" at times. I love my new body but felt there were problem areas I could target to lose more weight. I did notice, however, my rib cage, hip bone and collar bone were starting to be quite pronounced. It has never been my goal to be "skinny". I just want to be healthy and fit. So I did a little research and found these charts that helped me gain perspective. I am actually, scientifically large framed aka Big Boned. Which I found rather hilarious but it's true. And I am actually at a normal body weight! Which was news to me. For any frustrated losers out there, do the measurements and verify this BEFORE you drive yourself insane. Lol.
  31. You look fantastic and have always been beautiful. Congrats on the healthier you.
  32. Lots and lots and lots and lots of cardio. And when I say cardio I mean raunchy hot monkey sex. Bwahahahaha.
  33. I'm naturally muscular but I did a lot of cardio and core work. I still have a few goals I'd like to accomplish.
  34. Thank you all!!!! I'm feeling fantastic. I love the evolution of me. I'm quite excited about what the future holds.
