  1. 14 Months out. Over 90lbs. 5'3" large framed. 144 lbs. couldn't be happier.
  2. Thank you. Maintenance has really been a breeze. Haven't really struggled in keeping it off. I fluctuated a few pounds last two weeks because I was stressing out majorly and not being careful with my choices. I nipped it in the butt quickly and I'm back on track. trick is weighing often. Monitoring your intake and adjusting as soon as u notice a plateau or change.
  3. Sunday Funday a year Postop. Maintaining my weight loss. So excited. Love my sleeve.
  4. Best I can say is follow all the rules, don't beat yourself up if u stall or slip up. Stay around positive people who are encouraging. Drink lots of water. A cheat day once a week once you're further into your journey and closer to your healthy bmi. Cardio and weights. Yoga and stretches also help. Track your caloric and protein intake. And honestly a healthy sex life has helped me. Lol. Best overall workout.
  5. Thank you darlin! I think for me it has been patience, perseverance and determination. It's a lifestyle change for sure. Being loving and kind to myself. Accepting the stalls and being creative to trick my body into losing again.
