BMI 40.5 healthy but had lab band taken out 2 years ago sledded.

Omgggggggg! Grrr so called united to check status... They backed my file out.... My nutritionist didnt send in my February nut visit!!!!! Sooooo resubmit tomorrow for 3rd time !!!!! Lets get it together ladies!!!!!

Called uhc today they have all my info they said my case is being reviewed! I will be calling them in a few days to check status! They gave me my surgrey date! May 10th

Hey everybody! I have UHC. My coordinator should have submitted everything yesterday. I emailed her and asked if she did, no answser back yet. So I am in limbo I guess. I didn't think about calling UHC and seeing if they have it. I will have to give it a try!

One more week finally to see if I'm aproved

Hey everybody, I'm new to all this. I have United Health Care but don't know what my requirements are yet. I've been researching bariatric procedures for over 10 years & have seen all kinds of results. I'm praying to make it to the "approval round" this time around.

I have UH.. I'm a bit stressed as I just got aletter from them with their payout info.. and they are saying I owe 10,000 because the surgery was not approved.. My doctor said it was, and when I called a while back the lady said I was..

I am really praying that this is some sort of error.

I am just starting the process with UHC. They are telling me I need the 6 month supervised diet. I've had my consultation and first nutritionist meeting. A lady from my surgeon's office told me to call and request a case manager at UHC or something. I have 5 years established history with my PCP of BMI over 40. She thinks with that I can get it down to 3 months MWM. WIsh me luck!

OMG my surgery got re- schedule from june 3 to June 10. Dr. Would be on vacation. Love this insurance rhe best in my opinion. Good luck!
