So I've been at a stall for about 2 weeks.... Been running 4 miles about 4 times a week... So i decided to switch up my diet alittle went back to 2 Protein shakes with one meal a day! And started losing weight again!!! My goal is 165 by sept 5 ! Going to south padre island! Whoop whoop!! Weighing in right now at 168.6! I can do this !!! Random side note Texans beat them cowboys Down from 223 to 168 since may 10th

While reading ur post I was taking a bite of pizza ..shhhh! I've been slacking lately! I eat anything just in moderation . I ate half a slice of pizza I'm full....

I didnt even brush my hair yet it was just hanging there i was like wth!!! So I brushed it and fell out.

First dress I've worn in YEARSSS!!! Size small given to me from friend . Wow

This chunk of hair fell out last night after shower.... That's not including what was in my brush ..... I was almost in tears... It was just hanging on and when to brush my hair and it fell on the counter.

I had the same thing happen to me a week after surgrey. My surgeon called in thrush meds... I never took it it went away .

Sleeved May 10th!!! Pre op diet 223 Surgrey day 216 July 25th 176!!!! I've almost hit the 50lb mark:)

Wow I haven't been on this site since my surgery day which was may 10th. Quick recap I started at 223.... 5'5 and took me over a year to get approved for surgery ! This is the best decision I've made thus far!!! I wore my first pair of shorts since 2004! I felt naked lol. Anyways today in weighed in 176!!!!!! I have almost lost 50lbs wooooohoooo! I love getting compliments everyday!
