I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I'm almost to 50 pounds gone. About two months ago I started cupping sessions with my massage therapist. It has greatly reduced the appearance of cellulite, my skin is so much smoother. When he runs the cup over the areas that used to have a lot of cellulite, it's noticeably not as lumpy.

You may also try chicken breast in the crock pot with chicken stock. Cover the chicken with stock and cook on med for 6 hours. It's so tender and juicy, I shred it and use it a million different ways.

Todays weight 194 May have to rethink my goal if I have another good week!

Like a couple others that commented, my sleeve signals me with a hiccup when I'm full. I have learned to never second guess the hiccup, even one more bite will surely be regretted.

Thanks for your responses. I knew I could get periods after the NovaSure procedure but thought it was strange that I didn't for over a year and then started to only after I was sleeved.

I had the NovaSure procedure done in May of 2012. After the ablation I had immediate relief from painful periods and haven't had a period since then. I was sleeved July 2013 and in the last month have started having slight bleeding and cramping. Basically, I'm getting my period again. Anyone have a similar experience or have any idea why this is happening?

Last night I downed three Oreos from the mini bar in my hotel room. Hey, it was either that or m&ms! Or the copious amounts of liquor, wine and beer....at only 2.5 months out I was afraid of the alcohol.

I'm 5'6" with a surgery weight of 235, I haven't weighed in 10 days but at that time I was 204. Surgery was July 29th

Im at 206 this week!
